Grappoli d’Inverno

A Grappoli D'Inverno Tomato

$5.50 per seedling/plant in 9cm pot

Due to circumstances beyond my control these plants will not be available til further notice (07/10/17)

This is a well cool heirloom tomato from Southern Puglia, Italy.  And I really mean cool, Grappoli d’Inverno literally means ‘bunches of winter’.  It requires a fairly long growing season and doesn’t ripen really on the vine because the whole point of it is to hang it in a nice dry dark spot at the end of the season and allow them to ripen during winter!  Great tasting sweet fruit, especially roasted.

Determinate, so makes for a good compact plant, though cage it if you can.
