Lemon Thyme, Thymus x citriodorus aureus (green and gold)
Have you smelt this herb? It’s bloomin divine, wicked in a marinade for fish and makes a lovely tea. A woody perennial herb that grows low and bushy.
Put it in a nice sunny position and careful not to over-water. Harvest when it’s in full flower but take no more than 3/4 of its leaves, I go for no more than half to be on the safe side, it can pack a sad and die if you take too much off.
I also have English Winter Thyme.
